Payment is due at the time services are provided, payable by cash, credit card, or Venmo. Telehealth sessions will be invoiced following the conclusion of the session and are due prior to the following session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide 24 hours notice by phone or email, or you will be charged a cancellation fee of your normal session rate. You will be discharged from the practice if you fail to show for three consecutive appointments or three no- call/no-show appointments within six months.
We accept United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar Health, Cigna, and Aetna plan. If you are out of network, we can provide you with a monthly statement that you can submit directly to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
